ALL CLASSES ARE 6:30 PM TO 8:00 PM ON ZOOM. 

$395 includes all four classes, your personal mantra, as well as 3 (1:1) coaching sessions, once a month for three months.

ALL SESSIONS ARE 75 MINUTES ON ZOOM. 

$95 per session. (1:1) coaching sessions are available Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 5 PM.
