Class Description
Primordial Sound Meditation helps you move beyond the limitations created by your memories and desires. In the pure silence of meditation, you go beyond memories and desires into the field of infinite possibilities. You break out of the prison you’ve created for yourself and start to bring infinite possibilities into your life. Instead of being used by your memories, you’re able to use them to experience greater joy, creativity, and love in your life.

Did you know that the Universe was making a unique vibration the day you were born?
According to the Primordial Sound Meditation tradition, the vibration that took you from the non-local domain into the local domain can also take you back, allowing you to journey from activity into silence—into an experience of pure awareness.
In Primordial Sound Meditation, you use a personal mantra to take your awareness within. While your everyday thoughts have both sound and meaning, a mantra is a sound without meaning. It is a pure vibration that allows your mind to settle into quieter levels of awareness and the field of infinite possibilities.
In this class, you will learn not only how to meditate using your own personal mantra, but you will also have access to me, your teacher for months after the class. Engaging in a new meditation practice or taking your current practice deeper can oftentimes feel lonely. Meditation is a powerful tool and when we use it correctly having a mentor to gut check with, or process with is very important.
You will be able to reach out to me, zoom or meet in person with me for three months after the class ends included in the cost of your full class.
